OPEN LEVEL: In this one hour Belly Dancing class, students will focus on Belly Dancing Technique, Balance, Conditioning, and Strengthening to support a solid Belly Dance practice and active lifestyle. It is an Open Level Class, great for beginners who want to learn Belly Dance Basics and Experienced dancers who want to perfect their technique, posture, and layering. This class is also great for anyone who wants core/ab, deltoid (shoulder), lower back, and quad strengthening.

Class Structure:
5 minute Warm Up: Stretch & Warm Up
30 minute Belly Dance Basics (Technique/Conditioning)
15 minute Sequence: Belly Dance Travelling Steps
10 minute Cool Down: Yoga/Restorative/Meditation

LEVEL III- INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCE CLASS
(Must have completed 15 Belly Dancing Classes)Saturday, December 12/6
12pm-1pm (In Studio 3)
No Drop in (Class Card Required)
